L2 ENGAGE! Teaching Observation of Peers (SELECTIVE)

Teaching Observation of Peers (TOP) aims to facilitate an individual’s development in teaching and learning by generating feedback and providing a mechanism for discussion of issues raised. Participants will receive training on how to observe their peers teaching and provide them with structured and constructive feedback. 

They will attend a 4-hour workshop and be involved in role-play where they will alternately teach a class and receive feedback, or be the observer who will be providing the feedback.

Objectives:

This planning workshop is part of the Level 2 Advanced Educators Workshops, designed to help interprofessional educators develop advanced competencies in the ENGAGE! Domain.

After attending this workshop, participants will be able to provide structured and constructive feedback to their peers’ teaching.

This ½-day workshop is chargeable at S$250, subjected to prevailing GST rates.
