Preparatory workshops for GDFM and MMed (FM) examinations

SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP) organizes yearly workshops for SingHealth candidates to better prepare them for the GDFM and MMed (FM) clinical examinations. These serve as learning opportunities for both candidates and examiners to ascertain the strengths and gaps of the group. Majority of the candidates are from SHP, with a handful from the other FM ACP member institutions. Consequently, the examiners/trainers are also mainly from SHP, with a few others from Bright Vision Hospital (BVH), Changi General Hospital (CGH), KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH), Singapore General Hospital (SGH), Sengkang Health (SKH) and private practice.

Fellowship (FCFPS) clinical formative assessment at SingHealth Polyclinics – Outram

To support FM fellowship trainees in their clinical examination preparations, SHP has partnered with National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP) to hold formative assessments for their respective candidates. SHP trainers will assess the NHGP trainees and vice versa to ensure objectivity and elicit more direct and honest feedback.
