AM-ETHOS supports our Medical Students, Faculty, Administrators and Staff to build strategic capabilities within the Academic Medical Centre (AMC) to advance Medicine and improve patients' lives.

To build strategic capabilities and a strong leadership pipeline for the SingHealth Duke-NUS AMC by pairing our Faculty Leaders from ACPs and Joint Institutes with Academic Mentors from Duke Health and other renowned Academic Medical Centres (AMC).

To develop administrative leadership through an understudy programme at Duke Health, Durham, as part of the AM Administrators Development framework.



To recognise deserving Academic Clinician Faculty Leaders and boost their academic development for next level of leadership and contribution through an academic study fellowship for up to three months.



To develop best practices, research ideas and mentoring methodologies through academic exchanges and collaborations between faculty from SingHealth Duke-NUS AMC and Duke Health, Durham.

Duke-NUS Education Project Grants
To invite proposals for enhancing the learning experiences of 
Duke-NUS medical students through simulation technologies and inter-professional learning at collaborative platforms across Duke-NUS and SingHealth.
    Academic training support for capability development and faculty advancement to build strategic competencies, enhance academic exposure and develop Train-the-Trainers programmers at 
Duke-NUS, and SingHealth 
    Support for new initiatives in education improvement to enhance academic clinical training and learning outcomes at 
Duke-NUS, and SingHealth 
      Harvard Macy Programme - Health Professions Educators’ Essentials (HaPEE)
- co-funding by AM-ETHOS ADF
