SingHealth Duke-NUS AMC welcomes our distinguished delegates from Australasian Research Management Society (ARMS)

The SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre hosted a group of delegates from the Australasian Research Management Society (ARMS) on 30 September 2015. ARMS is an international organisation that advocates research management and administration as a global profession. The Society comprises over 2,000 members primarily from Australia and New Zealand, with Singapore as a new member.

The various engagement held during the day, among many others, included sessions with the Duke-NUS Office of Research, Joint Office of Academic Medicine, SingHealth Duke-NUS Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences Academic Clinical Programme, Duke-NUS Office of Clinical Sciences and SingHealth Office of Research.

This visit provided the opportunity for the ARMS delegates to learn more about the SingHealth Duke-NUS AMC and also to exchange pointers which would be useful in advancing our AMC. This engagement platform also gave the groups the chance to identify and promote potential international collaborations.
